First: go to picture And press  (Print Screen Button) in keyboard. 

Then Go to Start menu.

And go to paint option  

                           
                           And press the paste button in paint. 

Go to save option select save as into jpeg format. 

Go to save option in yout computer

Your picture is ready in jpeg format.
